How many times have you started a creative project and thought: Will this make sense the way it does in my head? Does this matter? Will anyone show up?

As creatives, being self-critical comes with the territory so naturally, we fear the scrutiny and opinions of others. Sometimes it feels like we need sign-off on an idea before it deserves our attention; some kind of exquisite offering, external validation or permission to prove that it’s worth creating at all. But that’s the purpose of Build it Anyway: to remind us that you can’t always wait for the perfect opportunity. Sometimes you just need to make it happen.
